Commercial Joomla Templates F.A.Q:

1. Does Joomlactive offer refunds?
Once you have been delivered an item from Joomlactive.com,  we cannot offer a refund, which you are held responsible for understanding upon your purchase of an item from Joomlactive. The reason for this policy is because we offer the full source files related to your product purchase and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.


2. Are there any restrictions on my use of the Joomla templates that I purchase?
Yes. Beeing known that all of our high quality products are 100% Joomlactive made, it is expressly against our policy to re-distribute any part of a  template or the template as a whole.

 

3. Do I have exclusive ownership over the items I download as part of my purchase?
No, your purchase of a Joomla template entitles you to a license to use the products in accordance with the rights, restrictions and conditions indicated in the license you receive with your purchase,  but we do not grant exclusive rights for items downloaded from our site.

4. Are the terms for the Commercial items different than the Free Joomla template terms?
Yes. When you purchase an item as a part of the Commercial collection of graphics, this grants you a full license to use this graphic in any way you choose ONE time.


 Each purchase will have to go through a verification process. This process typically takes up to 24 hours to confirm the validity of a transaction.


5. How are your products accessed after purchase once I have purchased a Joomla template?
After you have purchased a Joomla template, and successfully passed the verification process, simply look into your email inbox for your product as we will email this and all the source files to the address you provided. This is why it is crucial that you provide a real e-mail address as all the correspondence reguarding your purchase and the product itself will be delievered to this address. 

6. Why do you use email as a delivery method?
For security reasons. Due to the increased  amount of fradulent transactions in this industry we decided that the best method to protect ourselves and our trustworthy clients is to use the email as a delivery method. This way we can directly verify and control both the payment and the delivery, minimizing the theft danger.


7. I purchased a template, requested that it be sent to my email address, but it never arrived - what do I do?
Check your email account to ensure that you have a sufficient amount of available space to receive large files - you will always be notified of approximate file sizes and also if your email service provider allows you to receive large files in your inbox. If you've ensured you have enough space and the problem persists, write to us for assistance with the files.

8. How does it work?
After you succesfuly made the payment, send us an email telling us what template you purchased, when, what email address you used to make the payment and the email address you wish to receive your template to. We will send your template and the psd file to the email address you mentioned as soon as your payment is verified. That's all.
